Software maintenance agreement provides the customer with unlimited telephone help-desk support, access and notification of all service releases and price discounts on certain upgrades.
 
Hardware maintenance agreement provides full coverage on all hardware components, including parts, labor and repair or replacement.

With a WinterSmith Technology Services maintenance agreement you will constantly enjoy peace of mind, knowing your mission-critical workforce management system is completely covered in the event of downtime. Without a maintenance agreement, telephone help-desk support, hardware repair, software feature releases, and shipping costs will be billed at the WinterSmith Technology Services standard rate for these services.

Remote Support Available

If you have Internet access, we can join you in just minutes using remote technology. With remote support, we can troubleshoot software issues, perform installs and upgrades, and host training sessions for your employees. This service is available at no charge to our web based customers and customers with annual maintenance plans. The service is also available to non-maintenance plan customers for a billable rate in thirty minute increments. For more information:
